Since 2008, a profound transformation has been undertaken at TRONICO by Patrick Collet, its Managing Director, in order to develop the company’s activities and to ensure the durability and safeguard of jobs.
Wishing to give meaning and values to its products and to meet environmental challenges, TRONICO then began an audacious strategic shift centred on innovation.
To carry out this strategy, it was necessary to break the codes of subcontracting, by creating a design office in order to create its own brands. Initiated by an innovation committee supported by the General Management, this R&D department currently has 70 multi-physics engineers.
From this strategy, combining engineering and market vision, as well as the awakening of new environmental issues,Tame-Power was born.
Growing concerns about water quality led to the creation of Tame-Water, a pioneer in monitoring and global assessment of water quality with bioassays.
Tame-Component and Tame-Test offer solutions for component analysis and test benches, respectively.
Finally, Tame-Care , which was created at the heart of the pandemic in order to respond to the new health issues.
All these products and services are designed, industrialized and marketed in Saint-Philbert-de-Bouaine, in Vendée (France).
